Doing the kitchen garden has never been a 'fashion' to me. It is done out of necessity because i really want to make sure what we really eat and where do they come from. Or at least the vegetables do not have to travel hundreds of kilometers before reaching our plates. Or at least i really want to feel the real taste of tomatoes, salads and fennels!
